Equine facilitated learning is an effective approach to human and leadership development in which horses play a key educational role. By including horses in learning exercises, our instructors are able to observe non-verbal communication from the horses as they respond to you, and then act as a translator of that behavior to help you learn more about yourself. The experience is simply unlike any other. As you learn to guide, lead, entice, and earn the trust of a 1000 pound intelligent animal, you will gain valuable insights into your own qualities as a leader. Equine Facilitated Learning with our experienced team is fun, challenging, and deeply life-changing.
